  • Base travel fee: $15

  • Additional mileage: $1 per mile

  • Location fees (Nursing Homes, Courthouses, Doctor’s Office, Hospitals): $40

  • Austin Airport Terminal Fee: $80

Signatures and Services

  • First signature of each signer: $6

  • Additional Signatures: $1

  • Protest of bill or note: $4

  • Oath/Swearing witness to deposition: $6

  • Deposition of witness: $0.50 per 100 words

  • Print Documents up to 175 pages: $20

  • Additional pages: $0.25 each

Loan Signings

  • Traditional Loan Signings: $150

  • Related documents to first loan: $30

  • Unrelated Loan Documents in same location: $55

  • Loan signing travel/non-closing fee (if signers refuse to sign and Notary has traveled): $120
